Heading across the fields and up to the peak that we abseiled from. Found out on the way back that we crossed over from KwaZulu Natal province into Free Sate
Nervously backing to the edge and then stopping off...yikes! I was fine as long as I didn't look down!

Sentinal Peak - little did I know how much this hike would challenge me! When they said it was an all day excursion, they weren't kidding!
Looking up the crevice we had to climb up - I struggled with this -climbing on all fours at times - had to rest quite a bit on the way up - felt pretty old and out of shape during this climb - but it was worth it at the top - beautiful views!

Behind us is one of the tallest waterfalls in the world - it was also very small!

This is the Virgina/NC/Georgia gang
of volunteers.
Of course, what goes up must come downless strenuous coming down on the ladders, but
quite a bit scarier! Definitely didn't look down on this one!!
